Jennifer M. Borggaard joined AMG in 2001, became Vice President in 2004, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007. She is a senior manager in AMG's Affiliate Development group working with Affiliates on operational and strategic matters. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Borggaard served as Director and Senior Counsel in the Company's legal group. Prior to joining AMG, Ms. Borggaard was a corporate and securities law attorney at Ropes & Gray, with a focus on the investment management industry. Ms. Borggaard received a J.D. from Boston College Law School and an A.B. from Harvard College. |
