Ms. Koury joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President, Corporate Services in October 2006. Ms. Koury brings over 25 years of experience in developing human resources processes and practices including organizational alignment and leadership development.
For ten years prior to joining Enerplus, Ms. Koury provided consulting services to a variety of oil and gas companies nationally and internationally. Her areas of focus were leadership development, team performance improvement and alignment of human resource policy and practice to business objectives. Prior to her consulting practice, Ms. Koury worked in Human Resources for Imperial Oil Ltd. in a series of positions of increasing responsibility.
Ms. Koury graduated from the University of Alberta in 1985 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She also holds a diploma in Business Administration from Red River Community College in Winnipeg, Manitoba. |
