Jennifer Henry is an associate in the Pleasanton office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Henry represents California school and community college districts and specializes in education law, employment law and business litigation. Ms. Henry has a diverse background, including being a partner with Bush & Henry doing Proposition 65/Business & Professions Code Section 17200 litigation, working with the Oregon Department of Justice on Oregon's tobacco litigation, and being in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 CPA firm in Salem, Oregon. She also worked at Elmwood Realty in Berkeley as a property manager throughout college and has studied charter schools and their applicable laws prior to joining the firm. She is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and California. She is a contributor to the firm's school law publications, as well as other publications. She has presented workshops at conferences for school administrators, teachers and staff on various school law topics. |
