Jennifer McLaughlin joined the commercial litigation group of the Firm after her graduation from St. John’s University School of Law in 1999. Ms. McLaughlin became a member of the Firm in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Ms. McLaughlin handles a wide array of commercial matters in both state and federal courts including banking related litigation, civil rights, and employment discrimination disputes. She also handles unfair competition, trademark and copyright infringement proceedings in judicial and administrative tribunals. |
