Jenee McClain-Bankhead, Regional Vice President, joined AEC in 1994 and was appointed as an officer of the Company in 2004. Ms. Bankhead has held several different operations and asset management positions at AEC, from HUD Administrator to Sr. Director of Affordable Housing. A member of the National Center for Housing Management, she holds the designations of Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). Ms. Bankhead is responsible for all operations and compliance relative to the Affordable Housing portfolio with a concentration on the Company's third-party owned clients. She is also a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and is a member of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland. |
