Highlights of his experience and expertise includes: assisted numerous healthcare clients in merger and acquisition projects, provided financial advisory services in connection with the acquisition of several for-profit hospitals by exempt providers, served as interim CFO for several hospitals during transitional periods, provided assistance in several post acquisition consolidation projects, and has been instrumental in several hospital reorganizations. He has also provided strategic and business planning for hospitals, physician management companies, and other health care providers, performed financial feasibility and debt capacity studies, and provided financial advisory and consulting services on bond transactions exceeding $800 million. |
