Jeffrey Harris is the founder and Managing Partner of

Harris & Associates/ IIC Partners where he leads the firm's Finance and General Management practice. Mr. Harris conducts senior leadership assignments on behalf of clients that range from emerging corporations to Fortune 500 companies and higher education institutions on an international basis.

In 2007, Jeffrey was appointed to the Board of IIC Partners as Director of the Americas.

Prior to establishing Harris & Associates/IIC Partners in 1997, Jeffrey worked five years for a leading retained executive search firm where he concentrated on search assignments on behalf of investment banking, corporate finance and financial services clients.

Jeffrey is a member of the Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Consumer and Retail, and Board Search Practice Groups of IIC Partners, American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, CFA Institute, and National Association of Corporate Directors. He is also a member of the The Executive Search Roundtable, an international association of professionals dedicated to the development of best practices in search execution.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelors Degree from Ithaca College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Jeffrey, his wife, and three children live in Dublin, where they are active in the local chamber of commerce and Dublin Arts Council. He is an active member of the Dublin AM Rotary club and serves on the finance committees of Prevent Blindness Ohio and United Way of Central Ohio.
