Mr. DelPorto is a Managing Director at NoonMark Advisors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DelPorto served as a Managing Director and the Head of Capital Markets at Lane, Berry & Co. Mr. DelPorto’s previous experience includes positions in Corporate Finance at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co and at Tyco Capital where he led their Merchant Banking group’s calling effort in the Northeast and assisted in the syndication of numerous transactions. Mr. DelPorto is NoonMark Advisor’s capital raising expert. He has over 17 years of debt and equity capital raising experience and concentrated transaction expertise in the business services, specialty retail, healthcare, publishing and consumer products and services sectors. Mr. DelPorto received a B.S. magna cum laude from Boston College. |
