Jeffrey W. Lemkin is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Los Angeles office. As a member of the Firm’s Health Department, he has represented clients on a wide variety of issues, including the development and implementation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and alternative delivery systems and physician practice management. Jeff has practiced health law since 1972.
Jeff has lectured for a number of organizations, including the American Hospital Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is a past president of the California Society of Healthcare Attorneys and a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
While in law school, Jeff was an editor of the Law Review.
