Mr. Jones was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2006. Mr. Jones had previously been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to the Company in November 2003. He originally joined the Company in September 2003 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vail Resorts Development Company. From 1999 to 2003 Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clark Retail Enterprises Inc. in Chicago Illinois. From June 1998 to June 1999 Mr. Jones was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lids Corporation in Boston Massachusetts. Mr. Jones is a member or the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a director and chairman of the audit committee of iPCS Inc. |
