Current responsibility
Jeff is a principal and the director of the Northeast Defined Contribution Regional Processing Center of Milliman. Jeff joined the firm in 1994.
Experience
Jeff is responsible for providing Defined Contribution Services to Milliman's clients in the Northeast Region. This includes:
Overall plan administration and recordkeeping
Communications and employee education
Plan conversion and implementation services
Compliance and nondiscrimination testing
Investment advisory services
Jeff also works on the design and implementation of new systems. He has developed systems for investment performance analysis and reporting, client management, and compliance testing.
Jeff's investment advisory team performs investment research and performance monitoring and prepares recommendations for plan investments.
Jeff serves on several internal Milliman committees, including the Technology Committee, the Investment Strategic Planning Group, the DC Administration Implementation, and Investment Advisory Groups.

Jeff is a frequent speaker at client and professional seminars.
He is editor of the Milliman Compliance Connection, a quarterly, defined contribution focused newsletter distributed to Milliman clients.
