Throughout his 20 year real estate career, Jeff has gained extensive experience in Investment Sales, Debt and Equity Brokerage and Internet Marketing of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining OHG, Jeff was the founder of RE Diligence, an Internet Marketing Consulting firm to commercial brokerage firms, implementing Internet market strategies and web-based sales platforms to leverage investment property sales of over 200 commercial properties. Jeff's clients included Insignia/ESG, CBRE, Grubb & Ellis and Lend Lease REI.
At Landauer Realty Group, Inc. as the Director of Financial Services, Northeast Region (1996 to 2000), Jeff implemented the commercial mortgage brokerage functions within the Capital Markets group of the Boston office and arranged traditional debt financing as well as high leverage & mezzanine debt and equity for commercial properties on a national level. In addition he was an integral part of the Loan Sale Advisory Group with core responsibilities of underwriting, valuation, marketing presentation and sale of over $500 million of commercial whole loan debt sold in 36 months.
From the mid-80's to the early 90's, Jeff worked in the commercial lending and controlled loan divisions of Bank of New England and Fleet Financial Group.
Jeff’s education includes the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Master of Science in Real Estate Development, 1996) and Colby College (BA in Economics, 1984). |
