Jeffrey S. Molinoff is an associate in the firm's Trademark and Copyright Practice Group focusing on trademark prosecution and litigation. Mr. Molinoff represents and counsels various companies in connection with their intellectual property portfolios, the protection of intellectual property rights, and the use of federal trademark and patent registrations and copyrights in a business setting.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Molinoff was of counsel with another Washington, DC-based law firm specializing in trademark prosecution and litigation. He also spent several years as an Examining Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including a temporary assignment in the Office of the Solicitor for the Patent and Trademark Office. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of trademark law in the Georgetown University Paralegal Studies Program.
Mr. Molinoff received his Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law in 1995 and his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.
Mr. Molinoff is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; The District of Columbia; and the State Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
