Experience
Mr. Cianciulli concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. He represents major secured lenders and financing institutions in substantial bankruptcy matters including matters relating to hotels and retail jewelry establishments. Mr. Cianciulli also represents trustees in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and Chapter 7 and 11 debtors in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
Bar Admissions
Mr. Cianciulli is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and is also admitted to appear before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey.
