Jeffrey S. Barber is a Managing Director at TA Associates, where he concentrates on growth capital investments, leveraged recapitalizations and management-led buyouts of business services, consumer products, financial services and other growth services companies. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Microban International, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Florida Career College and Tempur-Pedic International. Prior to joining TA Associates, Jeff was a member of the Private Equity Group of Weiss, Peck & Greer and an Associate at Vestar Capital Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. He also was a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Global Power and Utilities Group. Jeff received a BA degree, with all University and Departmental Honors, in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School with Honors as a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar. |
