Jeffrey N. Woodard serves as Hutcheson's Corporate Compliance Officer and Director of Risk Management. Mr. Woodard began his service with Hutcheson in 2006. Prior to joining Hutcheson, he served as an associate of a law firm in Dalton, Georgia where he focused on general, civil practice in the area of litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, worker's compensation and insurance defense. Mr. Woodard earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia where he graduated Cum Laude. He earned his undergraduate degree from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. His civic and professional affiliations include membership in the State Bar of Georgia; Conasauga Judicial Circuit Bar Association; District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; and Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. |
