Mr. Hunt joined Kendrick Pierce in 1998. Since joining Kendrick Pierce, Mr. Hunt has been active in over 25 transactions and advisory assignments for financial institutions. Mr. Hunt's activity has involved merger and acquisition advisory, strategic financial advisory, the public offering of equity securities and the private placement of both debt and equity securities. Mr. Hunt received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with minors in Industrial Psychology and Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
