Mr. Tepera serves as the Company's Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From March 2000 until July 2006, when Mr. Tepera was appointed to his current position with the Company, Mr. Tepera served as the Company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From December 1997 until March 2000, Mr. Tepera served as the Company's Vice President and Treasurer. From 1989 to December 1997, Mr. Tepera was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP serving in various positions, most recently as a manager in the assurance practice, specializing in emerging, high growth companies.
