Mr. Carr is Director of Marketing for Bodycote K-Tech, Inc. Carr worked as Marketing and Sales Manager for the Ceramics Department of Kaman Sciences for ten years prior to starting K-Tech Inc. in 1988 with two partners. K-Tech develops and produces ceramic coatings for exploration tooling in the petroleum industry. Because of his involvement in K-Tech, Carr has developed extensive business contacts with all of the major oil service companies. K-Tech was sold to Bodycote NA in April 2001. Carr also serves as Vice President of International Materials Corporation. He is a partner in International Equity Properties, LLC, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Ramic K-Tech Coatings Pvt. Ltd. Carr received his BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 1977 and his Executive MBA from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2000. Mr. Carr has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since 2002. |
