Mr. Joseph has an extensive background in the manufacturing disciplines, beginning with a machinist apprenticeship and progressing through increasing responsibility including production, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance and management. Prior to Cryptek, Mr. Joseph was Director of Manufacturing for Biotage, a manufacturer of chemical separation equipment (Chromatography) where he authored, implemented and obtained certification of an ISO 9000 quality management system in six months. In addition, he was Vice President of Operations at Avionics Specialties; he served as Program Manager for manufacturing process development on the F18 program and an avionics installation and training program for a large package delivery service. Mr. Joseph earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Cleveland State University and is a graduate of the Manufacturing Management Program at General Electric. |
