Jeff Cushman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BancTec. A member of the
Executive Leadership Team, Cushman reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, J. Coley Clark, and
is accountable for the finance, treasury, investor relations, legal affairs and information technology
functions for BancTec global operations. Cushman was promoted to Senior Vice President in January
2005 after joining BancTec as Vice President of Finance in November of 2004.
Cushman has more than 20 years of experience with increasing executive responsibility in all areas of
financial management. Prior to joining BancTec, he served as Controller, Director of Business
Development and CFO at several major companies, including Groceryworks.com and Evercom, Inc. In
these roles, Cushman acquired valuable experience with start-up businesses, transformational initiatives
and the external financial community.
Previously, Cushman served more than 12 years with Electronic Data Systems in key management roles
including Controller, Group Financial Officer and was later promoted to Director of Business Development
in 1996. While at EDS, he assisted the company in meeting growth objectives through successful
acquisition, consolidation and integration as well as opportunity assessment and strategic planning
initiatives.
Cushman earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a
master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. |
