Practicing primarily in Commercial and Appellate Litigation
Mr. Silvestri is a partner in the Las Vegas office, practicing primarily in the areas of commercial and appellate litigation and administrative law. He is the head of the firm's Appellate Practice Group and handles litigation and appeals in state and federal court.
After completing his degree at UCLA, Mr. Silvestri was a Rotary International Foundation Scholar to the University of Kent at Canterbury, where he graduated with a degree in political science in 1992. He was a member of the law review at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated with a JD in 1995. From 1995 through 1997, Mr. Silvestri was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Rose, Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court.
