Mr. Siegel is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and in finance), Union College (M.B.A.) and Albany Law School. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1987.
Mr. Siegel's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial real estate, commercial litigation, not-for-profit and tax-exempt corporations and estate planning. He has handled numerous business acquisitions, commercial real estate purchases, sales and leasing matters, commercial litigation matters and not-for-profit and tax-exempt entity formations and reorganizations.
Mr. Siegel is a member of the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association (Member, Section on Business Law).
Mr. Siegel also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Tax Court. |
