Mr. Martin served (i) as Vice President-Finance of the Company from October 28, 2004 to November 20, 2006, (ii) as Director of Corporate Finance of the Company from January 1, 2002 to October 28, 2004, (iii) as Manager of Corporate Finance of the Company from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2001, (iv) as Manager of Corporate Accounting of the Company from January 15, 1996 to December 31, 2000 and (v) as a Manager and other positions in audit services with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a public accounting firm, from September 1989 to January 1996.
