Jeffrey A. Connelly was elected a director of Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. and Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. Jan. 23, 2003, and serves as the chairman of the boards' Audit, Finance & Risk Committees. Mr. Connelly served as executive vice president of Coastal Corporation from 1995 to 2001 and as president of ANR Pipeline Company and ANR Storage Company from 1992 to 1994. He held various other positions within Coastal and its subsidiaries from 1980 to 1995, including treasurer. |
