Mr. Cerny is the Chief Credit Officer of OFS, where he serves as the Chairman of the Credit Committee and sits on the Investment and Executive Committees. He is responsible for compliance with all credit policies as well as the oversight of the credit evaluation, credit monitoring, troubled credit and loan administration functions. He also manages the firms liabilities and is responsible for negotiating and structuring OFS's structured funding vehicles.
Prior to joining OFS, Mr. Cerny held various positions at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation, American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago and Charter Bank Group, a multi-bank holding company. Mr. Cerny holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University, a Masters of Management Degree in Finance and Economics from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management, and a J.D. degree from DePaul University’s School of Law. |
