Mr. DeLoach has over 10 years experience in the employer and business outsourcing services industry. Before joining USpersonnel, Mr. DeLoach worked for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), the world’s largest payroll outsourcing company. At ADP, Mr. DeLoach held several positions with responsibilities including sales and marketing, operations, strategic planning, and product development.
In 1996, Mr. DeLoach joined HRC as President of their payroll outsourcing business. In 1997, he assumed the additional responsibility of director for the Dallas-based PEO division including sales, marketing, client service, and operations. In 1998, Mr. DeLoach became the director of HRC’s entire nationwide PEO business unit. HRC was acquired by USpersonnel in December 2000 and Mr. DeLoach became Regional Vice-President and Operating Committee Member of the merged entities and continued to direct the acquired business unit. In December 2002, he was appointed President and CEO of USpersonnel. |
