Jeffrey L. Warfield has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2007 and our Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2007. From January 2000 to July 2007, Mr. Warfield was our President. He has been one of our Directors since March 2003. From January 2000 to June 2006, he also was our Chief Operations Officer. He has also been Secretary and a Director of Up-Periscope, Inc. in San Diego, California ( Up-Periscope ) since it was formed in October 2000. Before that, he was our Training Director, Purchasing Manager, and Construction Director beginning in September 1996. From 1985 to 1995, Mr. Warfield served as an aviation machinist mate in the United States Navy, including combat/carrier-based operations aboard the USS Kitty Hawk and the USS Ranger, in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. |
