Jeffrey M. Lapinski, Managing Director, graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing. Upon graduation, Jeff worked for California Governor Pete Wilson’s office in Washington D.C. where he began developing his communication and negotiating skills while acting as a liaison between various state agencies and the California Congressional Delegation. Subsequently, Jeff was recruited by a Fortune 500 Company, Johnson & Johnson, as a Regional Key Account Consultant to service the company’s corporate accounts. Within three years, he was promoted twice, was an integral member of District of the Year, and a two-time winner of the company’s prestigious President’s Award. His tenure with Johnson & Johnson proved to be invaluable experience, serving as a springboard for a successful career in commercial real estate.Jeff joined the Mohr Partners in 1997 as an Associate Broker. Having achieved excellence in the program, he was tapped to manage the company’s Associate Broker Program where he was responsible for the procurement and management of prospective national account business opportunities. Subsequently, Jeff was selected to work directly with Robert Mohr, Chairman and CEO of Mohr Partners, where he developed his real estate brokerage skills.Today, Jeff’s primary focus is servicing the national real estate portfolio needs of multi-market corporate clients, both national and local. In his role, he manages negotiations for all real estate requirements including office, industrial, retail, build-to-suit facilities. His exclusivity in representing corporate clients has helped him comprise a loyal clientele base including Hilton Hotels Corporation, NEC Electronics, Fujitsu, Flowserve Corporation, Automobile Club of Southern California, Applied Power, Cygnet Technologies, Evolving Systems, ICN Medical Alliance, Convergent Resources, and Pratt Industries. In acknowledgement of his production, leadership and hard work, Jeff was named Mohr Partners’ Broker of the Year in 2000 and again in 2003.Jeff is an active member in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, University of Southern California Alumni Association, Sigma Chi Alumni Association and Kick Drugs Out of America charity foundation. Through Mohr Partners, Jeff also supports Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Children’s Cancer Funds, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Special Olympics, Children’s Wish Foundation and the Jim Kelley Foundation. |
