Mr. Hubbard is Executive Managing Director of Sheldon Good & Company’s busy Auctions Northeast office, based in New York City. During Mr. Hubbard’s decades-long real estate career with the firm, he has successfully sold scores of commercial, industrial, investment, and residential properties for corporations, developers, financial institutions, private investors, and individuals, with an aggregate value of over $50 million.
Mr. Hubbard is actively involved in the strategic expansion of the firm’s business on a national basis, in addition to serving a prestigious roster of national clients, including Wells Fargo, Prudential Home Mortgage, North American Mortgage (Dime Savings Bank), Washington Mutual, Citigroup and Lehman Brothers. He is among the most experienced executives in the real estate auction industry, overseeing successful auctions of all types of real estate, including apartment buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities, office buildings, luxury homes, condominium developments, nursing homes, development sites, and warehouse properties, as well as multiple-property portfolios.
He is the youngest partner to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors, and is a nationally recognized authority regarding the fine points of successful real estate auctions and disposition strategies. In addition, Mr. Hubbard was the driving force in forging a strategic alliance between Sheldon Good & Company and DJM Asset Management, a national real estate advisory and bankruptcy firm.
Mr. Hubbard has authored numerous articles specific to real estate auctions, is a respected speaker regarding the subject to a variety of professional and real estate organizations, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
