Jeff is responsible for the design, development and operation of financial and operational systems. Before joining INS, now BT, he held a number of roles at Lucent Technologies, AT&T and Bell Labs, including managing vice president of information services (Lucent Enhanced Services and Sales), director of operations (Lucent NetworkCare Professional Services), director of product marketing and management (International Services), quality director (AT&T corporate office), and head of Bell Laboratories Quality Theory and Technology Department.Jeff has been actively involved in the development of national and international quality standards for 15 years with leadership positions in both ISO and ANSI. He was project leader for the year 2000 revisions of the ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 standards, vice chair of the US TAG to ISO/TC176, and leads the US liaison effort between quality and environmental management system standards.Jeff has bachelor and master of engineering degrees, and master of science and doctor of philosophy degrees in operations research from Cornell University. |
