Jeff Beyle serves as senior vice president of business development managing acquisition activity overseeing the development and management of strategic partnerships and pursuing new business opportunities including the creation of new products and services.
Beyle's expertise includes corporate restructuring; corporate finance and tax; intellectual property rights protection; labor law; and contracts. His experience is essential to maintaining Getty Images' business model in acquiring protecting and licensing intellectual property around the world.
Beyle's legal career began with The Coca-Cola Company in 1992. During his eight-year tenure there Beyle worked in the Litigation and Securities groups and served as the vice president of legal and business development for Coca-Cola China Limited in Hong Kong before becoming General Counsel for Coca-Cola Asia Pacific Group in April 2000. He joined Getty Images in November 2000. |
