Jeff specializes in the placement of litigation partners and groups and opening offices for firms in new cities. Prior to beginning his legal recruiting career, Jeff practiced law for several years as a commercial litigation attorney with a large national firm. He was actively involved in the firm's hiring efforts as a member of its recruiting and hiring committees. His experience enables him to relate to the demands and circumstances unique to litigators and match them with the firms to whom they are best suited and who, in turn, provide the best opportunity, fit and platform. Jeff places a heavy emphasis on getting to know his candidates and takes the responsibility of assisting them very personally. Jeff obtained his B.A. with high honors, and his J.D. with honors, from the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the football team and law journal, respectively.
