Jeff originates and underwrites debt and equity transactions for multi-family and commercial property investors nationwide. He has been successful in arranging financing for existing stabilized assets, properties undergoing repositioning, and ground-up development projects. Jeff originally joined the Johnson Capital team in 1990 and recently returned after serving as regional sales director for a services company owned by a consortium of office REITs, including Equity Office, Hines Interests, and Carr America. Jeff is affiliated with several multi-family and commercial real estate trade organizations and is particularly active in groups supporting nonprofit real estate ownership and affordable housing, including AHMA (Affordable Housing Management Association). He holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine. |
