Ms. Reade’s banking experience includes 25 years in mid- and upper-level management positions with four community banks in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Greater Bay Bank, Marin, in San Rafael, California. Previously Ms. Reade was a founding shareholder of Marin Community Bank (which later changed its name to Metro Commerce Bank), and was employed there from the bank’s inception in 1989, through the merger with Business Bank, until its acquisition by UnionBanCal in 2004. During her tenure at the bank she held the positions of Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President, Loan Administration. Prior to joining Metro Commerce Bank, Ms. Reade was employed by First National Bank of Marin, serving as SVP Business Development/Construction Loan Manager, and by Redwood Bank and Redwood Bancorp in various operations positions. |
