Ms. Anderson is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Denver office and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment, and Engineering & Construction groups. Her diverse practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation for a wide variety of clients, from large, publicly-traded companies to start-ups.
Ms. Anderson has successfully tried cases in state and federal court and before arbitral forums, and has handled appeals before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Tennessee Court of Appeals. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, as well as numerous U.S. District Courts. Ms. Anderson also has handled cases and arbitrations pending in Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Texas, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
