Jean-Pierre Millet is a Managing Director and Founder of Carlyle Europe.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Millet was Managing Director of Artal Europe, a Paris-based industrial food group he founded in 1987. While at Artal, he executed 25 acquisitions and expanded the group to sales of €700 million with operations in 12 countries. Prior to that, Mr. Millet was a Manager with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris, where he led strategy and organization consulting projects for multinational corporations in Europe and Latin America.
Mr. Millet received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his undergraduate degree from Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris.
