Experience:
Jean-Philippe is the Partner-in-Charge of our Paris office. He has considerable experience in real estate and leveraged finance. His practice includes advising commercial and investment banks on the purchase and disposal of large hotel and office portfolios and leveraged and management buy-outs. Jean-Philippe regularly advises investment funds and arrangers in relation to the financing of large domestic and cross border leveraged acquisitions.
Jean-Philippe joined Mayer Brown in 2001 when his firm, Lambert & Lee, merged with Mayer Brown. Before forming Lambert & Lee in 1996, he had worked for three major international law firms. He is fluent in English as well as his native French.
