Jay Van Duzer serves as the Internal Training Manager for Kirby-Smith Machinery. As part of his duties, Jay provides internal technical and non-technical training to all company employees as well as managing the Guild program for the Parts and Service departments in all company branches.
Prior to joining Kirby-Smith, Jay was the Business Support Manager for Komatsu America Corp in their distributor development department. Jay served 22 years in the US Navy, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, where he was responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of nuclear reactor plants on submarines and surface ships.
He has a bachelor¹s degree from New York State Regents College as well as recognized by the United States Navy as a Master Training Specialist. He has completed more than 50 other training courses from the Navy as well as through Association of Equipment Distributors. |
