Jay Dubiner joined Warnaco as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in September 2008. Prior to Warnaco, Mr. Dubiner was Of Counsel for Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. Previously, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., where he was responsible for the Company’s legal department, including overseeing corporate governance, litigation, licensing, intellectual property matters and compliance and the Company’s corporate development activities. Prior to Martha Stewart, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Planning at a division of The Universal Music Group. |
