As chief technology officer, Jay Dorenkamp leads the technical development of Paisley's software and is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure. Jay has more than 17 years of software development experience in the high-tech industry. He joined Paisley from Riskclick, a business process automation service provider in the commercial insurance space, where he served as interim chief technology officer. Previously Jay was vice president of technology development for Lawson Software (NASDAQ:LWSN), a leading supplier of financial, human resources, supply chain and business intelligence applications, where he was responsible for the company's core technology platform and its evolution to J2EE-based standards. Prior to joining Lawson, Jay spent almost 14 years at IBM in various management and technical positions with responsibilities for software systems development and support on IBM's eServer systems. He has a master's degree in the management of technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Mass., and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa. |
