Jay T. Holmes has been a member of our board since September 2004 and has been self-employed as an attorney and business consultant since mid-1996. From 1981 until mid-1996, Mr. Holmes held several senior management positions at Bausch & Lomb Incorporated, the most recent being Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from 1995 to 1996 and Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from 1993 to 1995. From 1983 to 1993, Mr. Holmes was Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and from 1981 to 1983 Vice President and General Counsel at Bausch & Lomb. Mr. Holmes was a member of the Board of Directors of Bausch & Lomb from 1986 until 1996. Mr. Holmes also serves on the Advisory Board of Directors of Rochester Energy and on the board of IntraLase Corp. |
