Mr. Park joined Novera Optics in 2003 with over 20 years of financial management and public accounting experiences. Previously Mr. Park was CFO with GCT Semiconductor, Inc., a wireless semiconductor company in San Jose. During his tenure, he spearheaded, among others, a round of private equity financing and structuring the company to accommodate its much-anticipated growth. Prior to that, Mr. Park was with PricewaterhouseCoopers Silicon Valley Office servicing mainly technology companies in various growth stages with cross-border structure and issues.
Mr. Park received a BBA from Sung-Kyun-Kwan University, Seoul, Korea. He also studied in MBA program of California State University at Hayward and MA program of Industrial Psychology in University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
