Jason Hoffman is a Senior Portfolio Account Manager for Mohr Partners. Mohr Partners is an international real estate consulting firm with offices across the United States and in London. Jason brings to his clients an extensive understanding of the legal aspects of transactions. Jason has been responsible for managing multiple accounts since he began his career with Mohr Partners. Some of the clients with whom he has worked include Sleep Med, Metro PCS, Banco Popular, Bank of the West, SmileCare, and Laser Eye Centers. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Jason practiced law at Barger and Wolen, a national law firm. At Barger and Wolen, Jason managed the discovery process on numerous cases as well as drafting motions and attending court hearings. This experience gave him insightful knowledge into the motivations for the owners of real estate. In completion of his courses for continuing education of the Bar, Jason has attended seminars detailing the framework for real estate contract negotiations. He has also completed a study of the California Bar’s Office Leasing Negotiating Manual, covering every clause in lease contracts.Jason completed his undergraduate work at the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Economics. From there, Jason attended the University of San Diego School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at the University of San Diego Law School, Jason interned for a Federal Court Judge and Civil Division of the United State’s Attorney’s Office. |
