Jason A. Eickmann is our Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel. Mr. Eickmann has served as General Counsel for Core Business Technology Solutions, LLC since 2004, and was appointed by the board to the positions of Executive Vice President and Secretary subsequent to Core’s acquisition by Convergence Technologies, Inc., (CTi). Mr. Eickmann has worked in sales and management roles in the technology industry since 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University. Mr. Eickmann is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. |
