Jason A. Hochberg was named Executive Vice President Strategic Planning and Corporate Business Development in April 2007 as a result of the merger with LS Power Group.
Hochberg a member of the company's Executive Management Team reports to Bruce A. Williamson Chairman and CEO of Dynegy Inc.
Prior to joining Dynegy Hochberg served as President of LS Power Development LLC since 2005. In 2003 Mr. Hochberg was named President of the LS Power Group's asset management business. In 2001 Mr. Hochberg was named General Counsel of LS Power and served in that role until 2005. Prior to joining LS Power Mr. Hochberg was an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Mr. Hochberg has a master's of business administration in finance from New York University a juris doctorate from the Benjamin Cardozo/Yeshiva University Law School and a bachelor's of arts from the State University of New York Albany. |
