Ms. McArdle, 47, was appointed vice president oil and gas marketing in November 2002. In her position, she directs Apache’s worldwide crude oil and natural gas marketing activities.
Prior to joining the Company, she served as managing director for Aquila Europe Ltd. from November 2001 to October 2002, and held executive and management positions with Aquila Energy Marketing since 1993, including vice president trading and vice president mergers and acquisitions. Previously, she was a partner in Hesse Gas from 1991 to 1993, and was a member of the board of directors of Intercontinental Exchange, the electronic trading platform, from 2000 to October 2002.
Ms. McArdle currently serves on the board of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Nebraska and a master’s in business administration from the University of Houston. |
