Janet brings to TMNG Gobal extensive experience in online business strategy, product development and marketing, and product strategy. Before coming to TMNG, she served as President of Flash Talk Communications, LLP, a start-up that developed and marketed a PC-based VoIP service targeted at the business market. She spent seven years at AOL, where she ran the product group that launched AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and developed the plans for next generation features and services. She was also tapped to run the company’s content management systems division, one of the largest engineering organizations at AOL. Earlier, as a product manager at MCI, she was responsible for launching Concert Virtual Network Service, then the company's flagship global corporate voice service. Janet holds a BA, summa cum laude, from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, an MA from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She studied as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of the Saarland in Germany. |
