Jane was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Red Lobster in May 2004. She leads the critical areas of staffing, training and development, crew relations and overall human resources strategy. Jane joined Darden in 1996 as Director of Employment for Olive Garden and was later named Director of Management Development. Jane was promoted to Vice President of Training and Leadership Development for Olive Garden in 1999, leading all of the company’s training and development for management and frontline team members. In 2000, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Olive Garden’s Orlando Division in recognition of her rich background in all aspects of human resources and an intense desire to help others succeed. Before joining Olive Garden, Jane was with Marriott Corporation, where she held training and human resources positions with several of the company’s divisions. Jane received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and holds a MBA from the University of Tampa. |
