As Senior Vice President of Structured Transactions and Structured Product Development, Jan Walker is responsible for managing a vital sector of PMI Mortgage Insurance Co.’s growing business, creating and delivering structured finance solutions for the asset-backed and mortgage-backed security markets. Her experienced team works closely with issuers, structuring products to meet the demands of fixed-income investors, financial institutions, and security issuers for complex financial products that achieve more profitable deployment of financial and capital resources.
Walker joined PMI in 1995 as a Product Development Manager. She became Director of Structured Transactions in 1998 and was promoted to Vice President of the division in 2002.
Prior to joining PMI, she worked in the secondary and capital markets with companies such as First Nationwide Bank and North American Mortgage Company.
She received a BS degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Golden Gate University. |
